How we treat each other, in seven principles.
A short version of the guidelines that keep the community welcoming and useful. A fuller code of conduct will be published as the community grows.

Every teammate, every newcomer, every disagreement — the bar for how we treat each other is higher than the bar for the work.
- Help others learn
Answer with the answer you wish someone had given you when you were stuck. Assume good faith on the question.
- Share knowledge freely
The best contributions are the ones that make the next person's afternoon easier.
- Constructive feedback
Critique the work, not the person. Be specific. Say what you'd change, not just what you don't like.
- Responsible AI discussions
AI touches sensitive things. Keep discussions grounded, factual, and considerate of second-order effects.
- Inclusive communication
Write in a way that welcomes people who aren't already inside the joke. Avoid jargon when plain language will do.
